Cameron Scott joins EMCAT Executive Board

Cameron is a seasoned lawyer with over 30 years of experience, specialising in professional regulation and ethics. His extensive career includes working with regulators, businesses, and individuals across various sectors, with a particular focus on healthcare.

From 2004 to 2011, he served as Executive Counsel at the Financial Reporting Council, the UK’s independent regulator for the accountancy profession. More recently, he has advised prominent regulatory bodies such as the Solicitors Regulation Authority, General Dental Council, Police Authorities, Health and Care Professions Council, and Social Work England.

Currently, Cameron is pursuing part-time psychotherapy training and volunteers as a counsellor for an addiction charity in London. We warmly welcome him to join EMCAT on the Executive Board, where his expertise and dedication will undoubtedly make a significant impact in the coming months.
